We are looking for a pet sitter to care for our animals when we go on trips several times a year. We are usually gone for a week to 10 days at a time. This trip we will need someone from early in the morning on Dec 24th- the evening of Jan 3rd.
Our animals: We have 3 extra large dogs (Great Danes), 2 cats, and 2 rabbits.
Duties would include: Feeding and watering all animals daily (twice daily for the dogs), one of our dogs is elderly and requires daily medication, letting the dogs out to potty and exercise in our fully fenced yard, vacuuming the floor every other day (with this many animals the dirt gets out of control if you don't!), and cleaning the cat box and rabbit cages as needed.
What we are looking for: Someone who will stay overnight in our home to care for our animals. I am a homemaker, so I'm here all the time, and they aren't used to being alone. We need our sitter to be able to let the dogs out to potty (minimally) 1st thing in the morning, lunch time, dinner time, and bed time. We have a large fully fenced yard, so they don't have to be walked, just let out.
Successful applicant must have: own transportation, be a non-smoker, and provide references.
